Proof that does not depend on us
Your fraction exists on EON Chain under your wallet address. If this website disappeared tomorrow, the record of what you own would not.
Buy fractions of a single real estate project, 90 USDT each in today's round. Each one is issued to you as a serial-numbered certificate, recorded on a public blockchain, in your name.
No crypto wallet needed. Register with an email address and we create and manage one for you.

What you are buying
A commercial property worth several crore is out of reach for almost everyone, because you cannot buy one percent of it. Here, one building is divided into recorded fractions small enough to actually buy.
Your fraction is not a share in our company and not a loan to us. It is a recorded claim on one specific property.
The building does not change. Ownership of it can be split, recorded and moved without a month of paperwork for each transfer.
The company buys back each batch four years after it sells out. Until then there is no sell button: the way out is to transfer your fraction to someone who wants it.
A building is not a savings account. Local demand changes, tenants leave, and valuations move down as well as up.
Ownership lives on EON Chain where anyone can verify it. You never touch a wallet, a seed phrase or a network fee.
Why ShareDeed
Every line below is either a fact you can verify yourself or a limit we would rather you knew now.
You are buying into a single named project. You can see what it is, where it is and what it was valued at. Nothing is pooled with anything else.
Not a balance in our database. An individually numbered certificate, recorded on chain, that you can verify without asking us.
Register with an email address. We create and manage the wallet. If you have never used crypto, nothing here will ask you to start.
Every purchase is split between the investment pool, the EON DEX, maintenance, identity checks and a monthly referral pool. The split is published live on this site, not described in a PDF.
Each valuation is recorded with the date it took effect and can never be edited or removed. You can see the full history, including the months it went down.
There is no sell button: before the buyback date, the way out is a transfer. A fraction sent to an outside wallet cannot come back. These are on the product, not buried in terms.
Why it is tokenised
Fractional property has been tried for decades. It usually fails on the same thing: recordkeeping. If a company holds the only ledger of who owns what, your ownership is only as durable as that company's database, its staff, and its willingness to answer the phone.
Putting the register on a public chain moves the record out of our hands.
Your fraction exists on EON Chain under your wallet address. If this website disappeared tomorrow, the record of what you own would not.
Moving a fraction to another person is a transaction, not a conveyance. No registry visit, no month of paperwork, no fee measured in percent.
Issuance is capped on chain at 500,000 fractions. That cap cannot be raised, by us or by anyone, so the number your holding is measured against is fixed before the first fraction is sold.
Tokenisation changes how ownership is recorded, and nothing else.
How it works
Register with your email address and confirm it with a one-time code. We create a wallet for you automatically.
Send USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) to the deposit address shown in your dashboard.
Choose how many fractions you want. The price rises as the sale goes on, so earlier rounds cost less.
Each fraction appears in your dashboard with its own serial number and certificate, and is recorded on EON Chain.
Price and valuation
The price follows a published ladder: fixed in the two Early Bird rounds, then rising by 0.01% every 1,000 fractions. The value is published separately, dated, and kept on the record, down as well as up.
Create an account, add USDT, then choose how many.
No valuation has been published yet.
Published allocation
Every purchase is split five ways, in the coin it was paid in. These figures are read live from the platform's current configuration.
Before you buy
No. It is tied to one specific property, not to the platform's business.
The company buys back each batch of fractions four years after the batch sells out, at a price that depends on the property's value at that time. Before then you can transfer your fractions to another person at any time. Finding a buyer and agreeing a price is entirely between you and them, off the platform.
It leaves your dashboard and cannot be brought back into a platform account in this version.
Early Bird 1 is 90 USDT and Early Bird 2 is 95 USDT, for 10,000 fractions each. From Level 1 the price starts at 100 USDT and rises by 0.01% every 1,000 fractions, reaching about 104.91 USDT at the end of Level 5. A purchase that crosses a price change is priced piece by piece, and you see every piece before you pay.
Fractions are grouped into batches: each Early Bird round is one batch, and every 1,000 fractions from Level 1 onward is another. A batch's buyback date is four years after it sells out; for a batch that is still selling, the date counts from its latest sale and can still move.
No. You pay the fraction price and nothing else. Withdrawing referral rewards carries a small flat fee, which is shown before you confirm.
An estimate based on the most recent valuation. It is not a return, and it is not a price the platform will pay you.
No. Register with an email address and we create and manage a wallet for you. You never handle a private key.
You pay in USDT on BNB Smart Chain. You do not need to hold any other cryptocurrency, and you never pay a network fee.
A public blockchain. It is used because it makes the ownership register verifiable by anyone and independent of this company. You do not need to understand it or interact with it.
BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) only. Funds sent on any other network cannot be recovered.
